STEP 2:
Please provide us with access to your email service provider
** IF YOU ARE USING KLAVIYO**
If you are currently already using Klaviyo, then please follow the steps below:
1. Click into the "Account" dropdown in the upper right corner of your screen
2. Select Account
3. Click "Settings"
4. Select "Users"
5. Click "Add New User"
6. Type in the following email addresses:
support@hashtagmonday.com and dolapo@hashtagmonday.com
7. Select the “Admin” role NOT MANAGER.

** IF YOU ARE USING OMNISEND**
Adding new users
1. Navigate to Account management → Users → click Add user.
2. Grant the following email addresses ADMIN access:
support@hashtagmonday.com and dolapo@hashtagmonday.com→ select 'ADMIN' → click Add.
3. The invited person will have to confirm they want to be added by accepting the invitation sent to their email and registering on Omnisend. Until that happens, you see them under the new "user invitations" section at the bottom of the Users tab.

(eg Mailchimp, Omnisend, Hubspot etc), using the email address:
support@hashtagmonday.com
